Plating Up WA is an initiative run by Buy West Eat Best, developed to support and promote Western Australia’s incredible hospitality and food service venues throughout winter.

After seven successful years, Plating Up WA will take a planned pause in 2026, however 2027 registrations are now open.

We encourage venues across Western Australia, who would like to champion local produce, to be part of this campaign. Register your interest below for the 2027 campaign and we will be in touch.
